Membership in the Martha's Vineyard Artists Association is determined through a two-step jury process that begins each May
Step 1: Online Application
In May, prospective artists submit an online application, including 5-6 JPEG samples of their work.
Step 2: In-Person Jury
Applicants invited to continue the process will bring a selection of their artwork to the gallery in July for an in-person review by current MVAA member artists.
Artists invited to join the MVAA receive exhibition privileges and opportunities to volunteer at the Old Sculpin Gallery starting the following year.
