Warren Gaines

A life-long resident of the island of Martha’s Vineyard, award winning artist Warren Gaines immerses himself in his surroundings which notably motivate him, but also give him a profound sense of peace.  Deeply connected to the environment, his paintings are true to life colorful renderings which are close to his heart.

Belonging to a family of artists and environmental conversationalists
before him, Warren also spends a lot of his time on the water as shellfish warden and as an aquaculturist; replenishing our oceans with scallops, quahogs  and oysters, which bring a lot of joy to locals and visitors alike.  Warren truly loves what he does, both on and off the water,  you can view a wider expanse of his art here.
