Erica Brody

Erica Brody is a contemporary impressionist painter and civil litigator based in Boston. Erica’s colorful painting style seeks to evoke a joyful view of the world, translating the quiet beauty of her favorite places into a vibrant expression. She is an exhibiting artist at the Old Sculpin Gallery, and has shown her work at the Cape Cod Art Center in Barnstable, the Featherstone Center for the Arts in Oak Bluffs, Portobello Road in Edgartown, the West Chop Club in Tisbury, and the Martha’s Vineyard Film Center in Vineyard Haven. Erica is a partner at the law firm of Brody, Hardoon, Perkins and Kesten, LLP. She was recently named one of the 2024 Lawyers of the Year by Massachusetts Lawyer’s Weekly and selected to the 2023 and 2024 Forbes’ Advisors List of Best Personal Injury attorneys in Boston. Her law practice focuses on representing survivors of sexual abuse and protecting against workplace harassment and discrimination.
