Debra Gaines

My purpose is to capture and honor the beauty, awe, and
wonder of our world; and to be physically immersed in it whenever possible.  My images are meant to evoke a sense of responsibility, a deeper sense of self, to enlighten one’s soul and to make one aware of and connect to others. In 2011 I photographedthe Occupy Wall Street encampment in NYC for that soul purpose. Those images may be viewed here.
A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design’s Digital
